What this means: By using DecorAI — whether that's downloading our app, creating an account, or just browsing — you're agreeing to follow these rules. If you don't agree, that's okay, but please don't use the app.

We might update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll let you know. If you keep using DecorAI after changes, that means you accept them.

Age requirements: You need to be at least 18 years old to use DecorAI on your own. If you're between 13 and 17, you can use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

By using DecorAI, you're confirming that:

• You're old enough (18+, or 13-17 with parent permission)
• You can legally agree to these terms
• Using DecorAI won't break any laws where you live
• The information you give us is accurate

Creating Your Account

To get the most out of DecorAI, you'll create an account. Here's what we ask:

• Use your real information when signing up
• Keep your password secret (don't share it)
• Let us know right away if someone else gets into your account
• You're responsible for what happens on your account

Deleting Your Account

Want to leave? You can delete your account anytime in the app settings. We might also close accounts that break our rules or cause problems for other users.

DecorAI uses AI to help you reimagine your rooms. Here's what you can do:

Free vs. Pro

How Billing Works

If you subscribe to Pro, here's how payments work:

• We'll charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle
• You can choose monthly or yearly billing
• If we change prices, we'll give you 30 days notice
• You're responsible for any taxes in your area

Canceling & Refunds

Cancel anytime — there's no penalty. You'll keep access until your current billing period ends. New subscribers get a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy within the first 30 days, email us at decorai@rocketdigital.ai for a full refund. After 30 days, we don't offer refunds, but you can still cancel to stop future charges.

The Designs We Create

The AI-generated designs are yours to use! Here's what you can do with them:

• Plan your home renovation or redecoration
• Share with family, friends, or your interior designer
• Use in real estate listings (Pro subscribers)
• Add to your professional portfolio (Pro subscribers)

Free users: personal use only. Pro subscribers: you can use designs commercially too.

In simple terms: We do our best to provide a great service, but we can't be held responsible for things like:

• Decisions you make based on AI designs
• Lost data or access problems outside our control
• How designs turn out when you actually renovate
• Third-party services or products

We provide DecorAI "as is." We work hard to make it great, but we can't promise:

• The app will always work perfectly without interruption
• AI results will be 100% accurate every time
• The service will meet every specific need you have
• Every bug will be fixed immediately

That said, we're always working to improve and we genuinely care about your experience.

If We Can't Agree

If we can't work it out informally, any disputes will be resolved through arbitration rather than court (except for small claims court if that applies). This means:

• A neutral third party will help decide the outcome
• It's usually faster and cheaper than court
• Disputes are handled individually, not as class actions

We might update these terms occasionally. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you (usually by email or in the app). If you keep using DecorAI after changes take effect, that means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree with changes, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
